We as fans would like to peacefully request the release of the songs that were unreleased in Mezmerize and Hypnotize as well as other songs that are unreleased by the band. The petition, launched by one George Roca, has the following mission statement: "There are countless songs by System of a Down that are unreleased. Daron Malakian wrote a greater percentage of the lyrics and sang a greater percentage of lead vocals for Mezmerize/Hypnotize than on any previous SOAD album. The fact that it is still an incredibly strong collection of songs goes to show just how consistently excellent SOAD have been throughout their career.
